「Room was very clean. Air conditioning excellent. Great nights sleep. Shower was very nice. Staff was cheerful and checking in and out smooth and quick. Dinner was good and breakfast too. Loved the popcorn after. We love Drury Inn and prices are excellent. 」

「35 minutes to check in, whole hotel under renovations, dust EVERYWHERE finally get to room had wires sticking out of it, mold in tub. Very unacceptable. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. 」
