The inside definitely looks better than the outside, but it could use some maintenance. It isn’t a cleanliness issue so much, but more of an outdated and needs some upkeep. The room wasn’t bad. We did book a room with a king size bed and they gave us a queen size bed, but that was fine. The pipe under the sink leaked some and the shower definitely needed hardware repairs. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but for the $250 price we paid for the night, I definitely would’ve expected better.

I booked for 4 nights. I checked in wednesday and had to check out the next morning due to safety issues i had experienced on my first night of stay. I arrived there around 6pm, there was nobody at the desk but a sign to call the number for assistance to check in. i called, the lady sounded like she just woke up and was slewping in one of the rooms. Around 1am, the floor lamp next to my bed and the airconditioner died. I got up checked outside, other buildings outside and street lights have electricity but my hotel. I checked outside my room, the hallway lights were on, my bathroom light turned on aswell. I tried to go downstairs to say something to the front desk however the elevator wasnt working! I ended up just going back in my room to try to call the desk. Guess what, the phone wasnt working either. (tv/cable has no service either but thats even before the electric went out). That morning before 7am, before i left for work, i walked by the desk but there was nobody. I went back to the hotel around 10am to check out early, and again there was nobody at the desk but the sign to call the number, the same lady came and asked my why im checking out early, so i explained and she told me it wasnt their fault that the electric went out and it wasnt just them who didnt have electic, said it was the City. (Liar!) i ended up getting charged me for 2 days, Hotel is unsafe and dirty. Pool is green and has algae in it. Found 2 empty bottles of liquior behind the small couch

I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned then switched to a different room where tv didn’t work! No password given to connect to the tv! Toilet was clogged! The room I was switched to was clean far as the bedding and having clean towels. Got back to the room the towels weren’t replaced! None of my concerns were addressed other than switching rooms! Really disturbing for the money I paid!

The photos were false advertising. Hotel looks rundown. There was someone’s weave and a lot of trash in the parking lot. A lot of buildings nearby were closed. There were people sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Three of us were waiting for the front in desk to check us in & had a sign that said be back in 20 minutes which also was there when we left. There were 2 adults and 1 child that stayed & they provided us with one towel… when we called to get more they made us come to the front desk. Room stated that it was non smoking but the smoke detector was covered which meant people have definitely smoked in the room. The previous tenant’s towel was left in the corner. There was no guide for the tv so we had to figure that out. Our room card had someone else’s room number on it. Breakfast was alright, not a variety of real food, just a bunch of processed sugars.

To try and be positive, the location was where I wanted for my thru trip. Outside of that, it was poor. The room was dirty (trash under the chair, dirty lamp bases) and the AC was not on so the room was warm when we arrived around 8:30pm. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, and the breakfast was mediocre.

Clean room, breakfast was good, pool area was dirty and had no clean towels. Waited forever for someone to show up to check us in and had to move rooms twice because of either broken or missing appliances. Overall it wasn't a bad stay the rest of the time!

I’m sure this isn’t the norm, but when we booked a room and arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. We then left for about an hour and returned and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were super apologetic and got us into a clean room after bringing this to their attention. Other than that, a pretty standard stay.

The room was comfortable, especially the bed. It was a little stiff for some people, but personally I found it great. Cleanliness was the biggest area that could use improvement. The rugs looked like they needed a deep cleaning and better vacuuming, and the bathroom/tub could use a good scrub as well. Noise levels were mostly good. There were a few occasional loud moments, but nothing that impacted our stay. We stayed 5 nights and did not have room service during that time, though we knew we could request it if needed. The included breakfast was a nice bonus with the usual options like eggs, sausage, bagels, and yogurt. The pool was closed and drained during our stay. The hotel is about 7 miles from downtown. The immediate area has several hotels nearby, but the neighborhood changes quickly once you leave the block. It looks like new management recently took over and is working on renovations. We saw new AC units and other equipment being brought in, which is a positive sign. Some reviews mentioned unfriendly staff, but that was not our experience. Overall, we knew what we were getting for the price, had no major issues, and would stay again.

The tv didn’t work, “fixed it” and only got QVC channels. The hotel is run down. The man at the desk was put out when I asked for the eggs to be re-filled as he had to put his movie on his phone on pause. Added eggs to the buffet that were COLD, no hot beverages one day. Dead plant in the foyer. Overgrown landscaping. Nothing was tended to. Stay somewhere else. This is not a good hotel!
