「The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The floors were dirty because when I wiped up water I had spilled, dirt filled my paper towel. Also, there was hair in the bathtub. We were also interrupted by the guest next door, who knocked to complain about our music because he said he was “working.” It’s a vacation property, so that felt unusual. Additionally, the 10 a.m. checkout time seemed early, and several other guests mentioned feeling the same way.」

「I loved everything, especially the location, I could walk to everything we needed. It was clean. The young lady who was the host when we checked in on 8/21/26 was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was there was no seat cover on the toilet. Whenever we flushed it, the germs from the toilet floated everywhere」
