「The kitchen is very small and the bare utensils to cook with. Appliances could use an upgrade. The fold out bed was very uncomfortable and wouldn’t close/ fold back. Fridge wouldn’t get cold and the maintenance said “ you can’t put but a few things in it “ We did that and it never got cold my wife has insulin that has to stay cold. Front desk moved us into a different room late night after we unpacked fortunately the room was across the hall. This was the room 415 with the bed and cleaning...

「The resort itself is very pretty with a ton of amenities. We stayed in “the townes” which was an upstairs condo - 2 bedrooms with an additional living that has a pull out sofa and is able to be closed off as a third bedroom (with office type door visible to main living are). The mattresses were BRICKS. I would have to say I thought the floor might have been more comfortable to sleep on. I was not able to get a good nights sleep on either of the 2 nights we stayed. The water pressure is very low...

「The property was nice. The room was clean. When entering the room the temp was set high and it was a hot summer day so that takes time to try to cool off. I found the bistro to be misrepresented and the staff were difficult to order from and said they did not have items like water of all things and had a huge board advertising a special which the staff person said I don’t know about that only the manager does so we don’t have it. Parking is expensive be prepared to pay and not have a close spot....

「We arrived in town a day early and stopped by to verify/upgrade our room for the next day. The young lady at the front desk was terrific. She found our reservation and we discussed the view and since it was not what we wanted she moved us to an appropriate room. She was great. We arrive the next day to check in and during the check-in process I asked about our room to verify it was the one we got moved to and the same young lady said oh no it appears to not be the room that we moved you to...
