「The stay was great. Even with hiccups Barbara at the desk was very accommodating and addressed the issue and fixed it quickly with the room mix up 」

「Rooms were quite large with nice amenities. Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice location and close to Jefferson Center. Will return there next time I stay in Roanoke.」

「Interesting concept with no room keys or front desk. A bit overpriced on weekends for the offseason, but weekday rates are fine. Very large spacious rooms. A few minor issues I could nit pick about but very nice accommodations.」
