「Went to restaurant in the lobby and staff service was terrible. The restaurant only had two other tables with people having dinner. After being seated our waitress came over and took our drink orders. We waited 30 minutes as the waitress stood at another table talking to the seated customers and our drinks never materialized. We got up and left」

「I noticed some places in the hall and especially the area where you go from the hotel to the walkway of the street on the second floor where there’s water damage. My concern is that the damage did not look fresh. It looked like something that’s been an issue for a while where there’s water damage. There is mold. Other than that, everyone was so wonderfully nice and helpful. One of the guys out front though at the valet needs to leave the energy drinks alone; he was a bit aggressive. I enjoyed...
