「The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in. They did have a company come in to check water leaks for two hours but they did try to stay out of the way. The bed was wet due to a leak but they are aware of it. There were ants that were in the doorways. Overall, not a bad stay」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Emerald Grande is in the perfect location! Everything we wanted was just steps away—from restaurants and shopping to the harbor and entertainment. The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable because we could easily walk to so many attractions. The views were beautiful, the property was well maintained, and the location truly can’t be beat. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.」

「The room was clean. We had a beautiful view with a downstairs condo so we could separate outside onto the beach. The only complications we ran into were there was not a plunger in the bathroom. There was no pizza pan. We had a few things break that we needed to call maintenance for but other than that everything was perfect.」

「This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!」
