「Property was extremely clean. Breakfast was a nutritious meal. I usually stay at a Hilton and have been spoiled by meals in the evening and drinking water in the room.」

「For the price you would think a floor mat for when you step out of the shower would be provided. That was disappointing. There was a random hair high up in the shower that was not the color of my hair and the soap holder had residue from the previous stay. So, cleanliness could be improved. Room 403 had a hollow area between bathroom tiles next to the tub that needs to be repaired. My brother really appreciated the free breakfast. It was a nice amenity. On a good note, the beds were very...

「The check-in was quick and easy. The check-in representative was friendly and provided details of the hotel's amenities and was quick to provide some nearby restaurants on our request.」

「It is not a pleasant stay, bath room door is broken, edge of the celling is mold, Cigarettes burning hole on Comforter. I will not recommend to other people. 」

「The 1st room we checked into had bedbugs and roaches. On the 1st floor pool side. We immediately went back to the kiosk and got another room on the opposite side 2nd floor and told the clerk that if we saw 1 single bug we wanted a full refund. Thankfully we didn't see another bug the 3 nights we were there. Rooms are extremely outdated and vent need to be cleaned desperately but the room served its purpose while we were there」

「Had to talk to a person on a kiosk and couldn't under him. The floors in the room were dirty.」

「It was ok for a cheap one night place to sleep. It was clean.」

「I stayed at your hotel from 10/11/26 to10/18/26 my room got service two times that is it. I was out of body wash in the tub and Told the front desk twice never was refilled. I asked for my trash cans to be emptied twice it finally was. When they empty the trash they took the dirty towels out of the bathroom and left them on the floor in front of my fridge. The next day which was Saturday they finally cleaned to room properly. I am planning on going back up to Bonifay in November for another week...

「I stay here often for work and I always enjoy my stay and find it very comfortable and pleasing.」

「Very nice place」

「Have stayed here several times and have always had a good stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful. I couldn't be in my home due to a mold issue and was supposed to check out the morning of the hurricane. There were no available rooms at Snowbird. The front desk took down my number and called me within an hour and told me they had a room for me. So grateful!」
