"I stayed in this hotel many times. Rooms are small and sometimes without a window (this is sometimes the only option available at short notice, but it is clear before you book), but clean and practical. Staff are friendly, although this is mostly self-service. Location is good, very close to Kings X station and metro options. I like to have breakfast at the French patisserie opposite, although it has changed hands recently and the food is not so great anymore. That said, this is not the hotel's fault!"

"Great hotel right next to victoria station, so excellent location. Lots of places to eat nearby and in the hotel itself. Great amenities in the room and staff very friendly! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London."

"I had an issue with the late night room service during my stay which was handled appropriately by the manager of room service. This was an excellent experience all around and would highly recommend this hotel which has an excellent view of the Tower Bridge and located in a prime area to get to all the attractions London has to offer. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay is second to none and has everything you would want from a buffet to get you started on a busy day ahead."
