"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in a long time. It was superbly maintained and, because the hotel is boutique, it had the best of everything - food, comfort, amenities and services. The breakfast was absolutely astounding - served as a course meal, although some variety would be appreciated since we stayed for a few days. "Very well-maintained hotel located in the heart of Umeda. Highly recommended for those planning to travel to nearby cities during their stay. It’s also a great place to stay if you plan on doing a lot of shopping. The only downside was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom. During our stay, the hotel did notify us that they were cleaning the drains, so it may have been related to that."
