「I stayed in the dog friendly room which was ok but not great. The carpets were stained and when we first walked in the room we could smell dog it wasn't a fresh smell. There was a half used toilet roll in our bathroom and no fan so it steamed up quite quickly. The room was at the bottom of the beer garden so was very noisy which wasn't that much of a problem. We ordered food it was very fast and efficient, large portions and reasonably priced. The sun was in the beer garden all day. Staff very...

「Tha staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned for access to A1 and local bus route to Town. The room was perfect with plenty of room and an extra large bed. We had dinner in the hotel there was plenty of choice and all freshly cooked, excellent.」

「Property has wow factor with good food and friendly staff.」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me」

「The hotel is part of the service area on the A1 but, unlike most such hotels, it offers good food as well as comfortable accommodation. We were impressed with the welcome we received - and our dog was happy with the positive attention he received! The chap on reception was able to recommend a good parking spot in Bamburgh, where we were keen to take the dog for a long walk! All in all, a good place to stop!」

「Great place great rooms great staff, breakfast choice also very good」

「Stayed here a number of times. It's perfect for a quiet retreat with no distractions such as TV or phones. Owner tim is always on hand polite and helpful. Highly recommend the place.」

「Beautiful room with lots of lovely touches including the cookies and the cafeteria coffee. The choice of breakfast was really good and the coffee was great. The staff were attentive and very welcoming and gave us good suggestions of where to go and where was good to eat. A very special place we hope to go back soon. H」

「Second stay here. Fab place, full of character and quirkiness Great location! Great staff, though could do with a couple more as only 3 working in a very busy pub...and they worked hard and with a smile 😃 Seemed a little less loved this time, sadly, like a bit of paint was needed, but still a great place!」

「Beautiful hotel and grounds We had a lovely relaxing two night stay in the comfort cottage. Spa was lovely and clean. The food was amazing, great breakfast and dinner and not badly priced at all. My only negative was I ordered a bottle of wine and chocolates to be in the room on arrival and this was missed. However they did offer the bring in the second day but we didn't bother as we had already had wine in the bar on our arrival.」

「This is one of the better Premier inn locations. Staff were available and it was reasonably clean. It was also quiet.」

「Room was immaculate and refurbished recently by the looks of it. Good breakfast choices in the cafe downstairs and the staff are very helpful. Only thing was that the B&B had no notification from Expedia that the stay had been prepaid and so they went to take payment from me. I was able to show them an email from Expedia to show it was paid. They took a photo of it and that was that. Not their fault.」

「This is a lovely property that’s good value for money with friendly staff. A good base to explore the local beaches and countryside. Good food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, all served nice and hot. Overall a great stay, would go back again. Thank you!」
