「First and foremost the resort was beautiful, but the experience was tainted by the lack of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Also the food at the buffet was not good at all, besides the jerk chicken and salad that is served @ “the reef”. The drinks also were lack luster. 「From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The owner personally welcomed us, and the doorman was sweet—honestly, everyone working here was topnotch. They take care of everything you need.
