"Very great Stay and service!! Staff and Valet Service was great and helpful. Bed was crunchy tho, crunchy as in not sinking in the bed soft crunchy. We had a street side window so a bit chaotic with the honking and music but it’s chicago. Pillows, looking at them, they look as if they’ll be fluffy and firm BUT pillow flatten so as i put my head down. Neck wasn’t happy. But for real, very good hotel for me !! "
