"We enjoy the Rye restaurant and bar. Food is great and bar area is quaint and people are friendly. Parked at Arcadia Towers using spot heroes, since garage was full. Much cheaper than hotel parking, but no ins and outs !!! "

"Our room was on third floor over the banquet hall which was on the second. There was a wedding reception in the hall and music was really loud until midnight. We called the front desk and they offered us nothing (hoping maybe we could get moved to another room). Very disappointed for such an expensive room"

"Fantastic historical old cook county hospital building. The staff is great and I would definitely stay again. The complimentary breakfast is good but the food at the bar is not. Not much food available nearby."

"Really cool location directly in Chinatown. The rooms were good, nothing crazy but they were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside is that there is no parking. You either have to pay to park on the street, or find a public parking garage that is far away from the hotel. "
