"This is our the third time staying at this hotel. We love it. We love the location because it’s right by Maggie Daley Park. This is a great park for kids and our son loves it. The hotel is beautiful. We love the full bathtub and shower combo. The beds are comfy. The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful. The staff are excellent and we are always impressed with their kindness. "Although location, lobby and stuff was good the newly updated rooms at the West tower were dirty and poorly taken care of. I found condiment packages behind the sink, mold in the sink, crumbs, and chocolate on the carpet floor and the blood on the bathroom wall, not to mention a very foul odor in the room. The Hyatt Regency has a vote, respected name across the country, but I was disappointed."
