Very slow check in. Only one person working on the desk even though there was a large conference being held there. My room was not cleaned one day even though I was out all day. Trying to call down to the front desk for assistance was impossible, nobody ever answered. The large bottle of conditioner in the shower (which is attached to the wall) was left completely empty.
