「Very clean location, good for kids and family, good food, not for resting a lot of people noise talking loud, screaming and smashing doors. Good air conditioning inside rooms and very fresh air outdoors. Not a place to enjoy the nature in the nature.」

「Beautiful and clean, I called at 1 am or maybe last that time when we came in from the airport because I had a hard time finding it and I was still able to get in contact right away with a lovely lady that sent me the exact place and was able to get there. I would love to visit and stay there again.」

Did have to request housekeeping to come on 3 times so that was frustrating, but the front desk was helpful and offered extra drink coupons for our inconvenience, Absolutely loved the beach, it was like a secret spot. Most people stayed at the pool that was also nice, but the beach had an amazing breeze. All the staff was super helpful and kind,」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「We stayed at the royal sonesta July 2026 for 5 days. The whole duration of the stay they had elevator problems. I have mobility issues and we reserved an ocean view room which was on the 16th floor. The 3rd day of our stay we had to leave early for an excursion and we had to come down the stairs 16 flights because the elevators were not working. Later that day waiting for the elevators to go up took so long and the elevator cars were so packed . Our phone in the room was not working either we...
