「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「The hotel was quintessential NOLA..small intimate full of character being an older space. The hotel being aged does not mean it has to smell awful. Since they have no air conditioning it was very damp and hot and smelled like mold and mildew. The rooms also only had a small window unit which did not really cool the room in the summer heat. The attached bar was also hot and smelled bad. Staff was very kind is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Grenoble House. Very surprised at how large our room was. We thought that the room was very upscale and beyond what we had expected. We have stayed at several other hotels and our impression was that the Grenoble House would be difficult to beat anywhere in the French Quarter. Given the opportunity, we would stay at the Grenoble House again.」

「We loved the pool being salt water this was nice for my kids. The location can’t be beat. When we went there was construction on Decatur, no fault of the hotel this was the only down side of our visit. We have stayed here before and always will when in New Orleans!」

「I called the hotel to ensure they had room in valet parking. I was told no. I had to find public parking. Then when I checked in they asked if I was parking a car. I said you told me you had no parking. She said I must have called the wrong number. I repeated the number and was told by another worker that was the correct number. Upon check out they asked me if I parked a car I said no. She supposedly emailed the receipt. I never got it. Just checked my credit card and they charged me...
