「Gorgeous boutique hotel with fantastic updates that also keep the charm and history of a French Quarter building. Beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is very close to Bourbon Street, so there is quite a bit of noise, especially at night. I sleep with earplugs anyway, but I know the hotel does offer them if needed. Courtyard is fantastic and has plenty of seating. Would definitely stay at The Celestine again when in the French Quarter.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「It is a classic old school hotel with an incredibly helpful staff. The Carousel Lounge is so much fun. Hard to get a seat on Friday or Saturday, but worth the wait if you can finally get in. My wife wanted a nice souvenir of our trip and called to ask if she could buy the logoed trash can in our room. They didn't even treat that as the crazy request it was and sold it to her. Can't say enough good things about our 3 night stay.」

「The property has only been operational for 2 weeks. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no parking in front of the hotel to unload our luggage. It was pouring rain. We had to find a random parking garage 2 blocks away and paid $150 for 4 fays of parking. We unloaded on the 5th floor of parking and made it through the pouring rain to the hotel once again. That set the tine for the trip. I think once they fix this issue, it will get better. The rooms are small but they are nice. The...

「It’s an interesting building, train station vibe with mid century modern furnishings. Convenient location. My only complaint is no drink machine or place to buy drinks after 4:30 pm. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. Liked all the wood accents throughout the room and building.」

「My only issue with our stay was with the televisions. We had to reset the tv and give permission to all the streaming apps every time we turned the TV on. If you experience a day where it rains heavily throughout the entire day, some while you dry is helpful.」

「We absolutely loved our three night stay at the Bienville House. We loved the location - walkable to virtually everything. Our room was awesome. Our 3rd floor balcony room overlooking the courtyard was spacious and all the little extras were a really nice touch. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. Thoroughly enjoyed our NOLA trip and the Bienville House was a large part of our vacation.」
