「Nice location, Beds made & towels replaced every day. Fitness center was warm seemed AC was not working. One Bike was not working. Shuttle to the beach was conveniet. Good Service. Breakfast was good. Staff there was great.」

「This has been by dar the worst hotel stay of my life. The air conditioning was down in most of the hotel. My room thermostat was at 75 degrees most of the time. An engineer came to assess the issue leading to water leaking onto the carpet from bleeding the unit. An elevator was down leading to long lines in the lobby and having to allow multiple elevators pass since there was no room. Having to walk down the stairs on multiple occasions. Then to top it off on our last day there was a flood...

「We loved this resort my son has so much fun at the pool and the beach is right there, and it’s so many things to do. The food at the resort and adult drinks were amazing! We will be back. The rooms could use some update but overall we enjoyed our time.」

「I’m not sure why this isn’t rated as a 5-star resort. We actually booked it the same night we checked out of another hotel that was dirty, outdated, and nothing like the photos (North Beach Resort…I’d recommend staying elsewhere). Thankfully, we found an incredible one-bedroom oceanfront suite here with a full kitchen, a pull-out couch, and a Murphy bed in the living area, giving the kids plenty of space while letting us enjoy our own room.
