「Wonderful service. Excellent attitude of front desk. The view is just perfect. Very worthy to stay here. 」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「Clean convenient great staff」

「This was a hidden gem. Our 3-night stay at the Utopian in Porto was wonderful. The property is affordable, chic, and gives one a truly bespoke experience. Though there is no front desk staff, they are very communicative via e-mail and were available to answer questions. The room was quite spacious and clean and the 5-star bed was perfect after a long days worth of walking and clocking in 20k steps each day. I really loved the big windows as it let in sunshine and natural light and fresh...

「This was a delightful guesthouse in a great location. Each room is themed to a classic movie and director (we were on the top floor in the Vertigo room!) and the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you don’t mind climbing stairs, the view is amazing.」

「We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. The hotel does not have a parking space but there is a large parking garage nearby. Highly recommended.」

「Everything about this location was fantastic!! The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect!」

「Very old and beautiful building (well maintenance shown) very good location, walkable to the points of interest in a hilly town!! Good public transportation in front of the building, cheap taxis, don’t forget to ride the “tranvías” specially route 18 to see the sunset in the Atlantic Ocean」

「Two reasons you should consider this hotel but many more reasons not to book! Good things: the spa and restaurant staff are great, and the location is exceptional but they’re many other hotels next door. Bad things: - unfriendly receptionist: the receptionists were not attentive and friendly throughout my 3-day stay, especially the one who checked me in. I just looked at the other guest comments, it seems my bad experience was not unique to me. - Room conditions: the room has a very small...

「Great place Loved it」

「The property was amazing. They are still working on it so not everything was available or complete. Our room was clean with ample space. We did not get to use the tub but it was so pretty and inviting. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. It was a sit down breakfast that was catered and served to us. I would highly recommend although we did have an unfortunate incident. In the middle of the night as it was raining outside, water came pouring into our room and I do mean pouring. We...

「Rooms were clean and even in a busy area we heard nothing at night.. Breakfast was included in our booking and served… Not a buffet which was nice.. First time in Porto and the staff answered our questions and offered suggestions.. Our airport transfer driver gave us so much information about Porto as well… I would definitely stay here again! Close to the river, shops, restaurants and more」

「This is one of the best hotel experience I have. Very stylish design of hotel, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff who is willing to share with you anything about the city. Great breakfast too!」
