「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

We didn’t get the breakfast package because I only have coffee in the AM that being said they have an Expresso machine in the room but if you are not into Expresso they will not give you free coffee in the breakfast area and charge 2 euros for each cup. No free refills. We did not understand this and one morning. 「We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. The hotel does not have a parking space but there is a large parking garage nearby. Highly recommended.」
