「The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking.
The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful.
The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered. 」

「Lovely hotel with such a special vibe. Felt so welcomed once you stepped in the hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is not big (especially the shower area) but very well-equipped. The bed was super comfy. Such a splendid experience.」

「The hotel is modern and the rooms are lovely. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. The front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend!! The only caveat is the parking garage. Extremely difficult to maneuver a car, and we scraped the side and damaged our car.」
