A beautiful hotel in the centre of the Ribeira district. The staff are exceptional, charming and helpful. The two pools are lovely and peaceful, relaxing places. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Porto. Easy access to restaurants and shops, and a 5 min walk to the river. Staff great, rooms are fantastic. Only complaint is that our room was on the street, which could be very noisy at times.

The most delicious meals, the most quiet and beautiful room, plus an amazing shower, the spa massage was extraordinary, the pools, sauna, and steam room, but the best part was the staff—-they made everything perfect.
