The room was exceptional! The location of the hotel was great, close to a bus stop and walking distance from the wine cellars. The pool was accessible upon reservation, but we always managed to get a slot. Breakfast timings were also subject to availability, so make sure to book a table for the time you would like before hand (even if your booking includes breakfast).

A very nice hotel. It is situated opposite the old town of Porto and offers some amazing views. We stayed there with two kids and had a huge room. Staff were very friendlly and helped with restaurant reservations etc. Will certainly come back.

Our suite was very comfortable for 3 of us. Plenty of room. Very quiet and private. We liked the upstairs lounge area. The staff were really helpful and nothing too much trouble. I loved the Claus Porto toiletries. The food in the hotel restaurant, Pot and Pan is fantastic. Fine dining at very fair prices. I would love to come back to this stylish haven.

Excellent choice in Porto. Location is perfect, right on the waterfront at the end of the action. View from the room is simply stunning (recommend river view). Staff are friendly and professional. Hotel is super modern with great features and attention to detail that take it to the next level.
