Very good luxury hotel. Modern and well equipped rooms, let down by very poor wifi. Good staff that were helpful and friendly. Lack of restaurant options is not ideal. Location although in the city is a bit far from most of the action in the city.

What a lovely hotel! We loved our stay at the Aliso Porto. We cannot say enough about the staff: Daniela, Pedro, and Bruno exceeded our needs. The rooftop pool is beautiful, along with the view. It is a wonderful location, with a river view and easy access to a beautiful city! Highly recommend to all!!

Altis Porto Hotel was the most incredible stay! The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind, courteous, friendly. Daniela helped me so much with suggestions around the city, and booked a dinner reservation for me at a traditional Portuguese restaurant. The amenities were unreal with a Turkish bath, like a steam room, the sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, and rooftop pool and bar. I loved staying here. It was also a great stay for a single traveler. I felt so safe. Thank you so much!!

The staff is attentive and courteous. The breakfast staff especially, Ines and Catia. Their patience, pleasant demeanor, and friendliness made our stay memorable. Location, staff, attention to detail, breakfast all superb. It was disappointing that the spa was closed for maintenance - whilst understandabe we had chosen this hotel for the spa only to find, after booking, that it would be closed. That said it was a brilliant base for our city break - the staff were friendly, efficient and very thoughtful.
