"Great activities for the kids. Room was not as clean as we would have hoped"

"I want to give this all 5 stars. We got in the late and the person at the front desk opened the store so we could get some snacks. He also gave a pool view room. The breakfast was fantastic. Never had one problem with the bus always on time and plenty of space. Only issue is when we walked in the door there was a cockroach on the floor. It’s Florida you gotta expect some bugs, I guess. "

"My stay was ok if it wasn’t for an incident when I arrived the first nigh to find out that they don’t have my room that I reserved for over a month ready. I reserved and paid for a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 6, when I got there around midnight, the front disk informed me that they don’t have the suite available, and I have to accept a one bedroom that I have to figure out how to sleep 6 people. The front desk staff was not friendly about the situation at all, so I had my wife and two kids sleeping on a king bed, me and my son on a sleeping sofa, and my youngest daughter sleeping on the floor. Worst night ever. The next day at 8, I stop at the front desk to make sure they are working on resolving the issue and getting us the 2 bedroom suite that was supposed to have, the staff insured me that I will have my 2 room as soon as housekeeping clean at 10 am. I go on with my plans for the day to come back around 6:30 pm to find out that they don’t have anything ready and that I’m on a waiting list. That’s when I lost my cool and demanded a room, staff still were not showing any signs of urgency to solve my problem and called security. After going back and forth with them the manager magically takes me ID and disappears for 15 minutes and comes back with my id and the keys for a 2 bedroom suite. So they had a room, but were planning on giving it to someone else. "
