Check in was a disaster! I had booked the room 6 weeks ago with a 3rd party. I book this way all the time for our hotels when we travel. The day before our arrival I got the usual welcome letter from the GM of the hotel stating check in times and amenities etc. Upon check in, the front desk clerk said my reservation had been canceled by 3rd party. I had confirmation number, proof of payment, all the necessary documents. She was insistent that I was wrong. She offered to book me a new room. The same room I had already paid for was offered to me at a much higher rate! We had traveled all day and were very tired so I took it. I asked to see the manager and she said any grievance I had needed to be addressed by 3rd party. Great. We checked in and I contacted 3rd party. Customer Service was awesome. I explained the issue. She assured me my reservation was valid and offered to call the hotel on my behalf. When CS presented the same information I had, the manager agreed to refund me my original payment. Not the charge they had me pay at check in. I feel I was scammed! They got the higher price for the room. HERE IS THE REST OF THE STORY. The gentleman checking in next to me received the same song and dance. He had booked through a different 3rd party and they couldn’t find his reservation either. They miraculously had a room for him as well at the higher price. Do not to business with this hotel. They are not honest!! The evening was saved by the awesome bartender at the pool bar

La piscine et le jacuzzi était agréable mais nécessiterait un meilleur nettoyage. Une odeur d'humidité est présente aux étages à cause de tous les vieux tapis qui devraient être tous retirés pour être remplacé par de la céramique ou autres matériaux plutôt que du tapis. Les employés sont gentils et serviables. Le déjeuner est bien. Le matelas du divan-lit n'est vraiment pas épais et nous ressentions les multiples ressort comme si nous étions couché directement dessus. Donc, évitez le divan-lit si vous le pouvez. Je sais que les divan-lit ne serons jamais aussi confortable qu'un vrai lit mais le confort du matelas est le pire que j'ai vu de tous les divan-lits que j'ai vu. Les lits de grandeur Queen sont très confortables. L'air climatisé avait des caprices. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel a beaucoup plus de points positifs que de points négatifs. Les points négatifs doivent être corrigés. Cependant, si je dois à nouveau voyager dans la même région, je crois que nous reprendrons le même hôtel. Cependant, il faut absolument que les matelas des divan-lits soient changés.

Pool was nice. Rooms need to be updated. TV didn’t work. Went to the manager 3 times, still nothing. Door room key didn’t work properly. It took at least 10 times for it to work. Breakfast was convenient. Bar restaurant was supposed to be open daily at 3 - never opened.

The breakfast menu wasn't that bad. Not a lot of variety but it helped. The rooms weren't all that clean, there was a particular smell of old when entering the room. The shower floor was stained as well. During the last day in our stay, there was a power outage and the ACs and elevators stopped working, had to carry the luggage down 3 floors.

Very happy with our room. The hotel is a little dated, but overall seemed very clean for the money. The AC in the room worked great, but the lobby area seemed to stay warm. The elevators were extremely slow, but we got used to it. The buffet in the morning was way better than expected. We ate it every morning. We would stay there again.

My family enjoyed our 6 night stay here. The room and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning before heading over to Disney. The hot tub was awesome every night before bed. We did see a few bugs in the bathroom throughout the stay. But all in all, a good stay for the money.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before booking. The sheets on the pull out were dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair all over the seat and floor. Surprisingly the free breakfast was not bad.

This was a horrible experience. The pictures are VERY deceiving. When we pulled up I could instantly tell that the grounds are not kept at all. There was trash everywhere and the landscaping needs pruning really bad. When we arrived to check in I noticed it was scorching hot in the lobby. When I asked someone about the air, I was told that they were working on it. My family and I went to our room that we were assigned to and instantly after opening the door you could smell mold and mildew. The smell was so strong. I went to the desk and they gave us another room on the 7th floor. While trying to bring all of our luggage up to our room— we observed that the elevators were extremely slow. We later find out that this very large building with 7 stories of rooms only has 2 elevators. Can you say fire hazard and extremely inconvenient?!!!! The hallways were hot and smelled bad. Also, while walking the halls you see trash everywhere. I did not see workers cleaning or trying to keep the place tidy. I honestly think that the carpet was not once vacuumed our entire stay. Once we got into our room, the room was very hot. There was a ceiling fan in the room that was broken and they could not fix. We ended up going to Walmart and buying fans. There were sunflower seed shells that were not ours that we kept finding and stepping on. The tub did not look clean at all and we bought bleach to clean it. The shower head did not work, it was trickling water. Bugs. It was awful.

From check-in to check-out we were treated as family. The staff at this hotel is awesome. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Kevin at the Tiki bar was awesome to deal with and provided excellent service every evening weather it was just a couple drinks or for dinner by the pool side.

We have stayed here many times and were happy with our stay yet again. The hotel and our room were clean, spacious and inviting. Some people provide negative feedback but it has not been our experience. Staff are great and the food at the pool bar is delicious. The breakfast is ok but nothing special. We are already looking at booking our date for next year.

Room smelt wet. Bath tub was disgustedly clogged with hair. Floor behind toilet was gross and had someone's garbage behind it. We booked a 7 night stay and were advised that housekeeping comes in every three days. That's fine. BUT they came in every day to take out our garbage and they'd also take our towels that we were fine with reusing. We had them hanging on the shower rod as there are no towel bars in the bathroom. On the 3rd day we returned after a long day out and had NO TOWELS because they would keep taking them but not restocking. Had to constantly ask for coffee everyday, needed toilet paper one day, needed towels. Hot tub had little water and jets didn't work. On the last day of our stay someone came in replenished towels, coffee and made our beds. Thanks but no thanks.
