From the moment my fiance and I arrived at the Tapoco Lodge on Monday, August 24th, until we left on Saturday, August 29th, the entire experience was incredible! First of all, the entire staff is absolutely AWESOME! They took customer service to a level neither one of us had ever seen before. My stay here was amazing. I arrived from Michigan very early in the morning. My reservation was messed up it was ice storm in route to the area. Me and my family was so upset. The front desk ladies really understood and was helpful. Because we made the reservation through 3rd party. But they did not turn us away they made it work. The was a great experience and the customer service was awesome. I wish more companies would hire people people like this and not people that dont understand life...

Quiet, spacious, many commodities, comfortable, AC and heating in good working condition, well equipped.

The front desk staff was very nice.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained.

The cabin was great! Rustic looking on the outside, modern and comfortable on the inside. The bed was very nice and I especially liked the hot tub and rocking chairs on the porch.

The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and we really had a great experience. The staff was friendly when we checked in and our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent and had a little of everything to eat. The ladies in the breakfast area was friendly and was ready to help. The cleaning crew was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.

Quiet, clean, and convenient.

clean, large suite with coffee shop and restaurants close by

The staff was very kind and the room was very clean. I liked that the rooms had laminate hardwood flooring and not carpet.

Excellent customer service front desk, and the young man taking care of the breakfast area. Recently renovated. Rooms are clean. Bed was very comfortable. The shower worked super! 10 out of a 10 foot this place!

I have stayed here several times and i keep going back. It's a nice quiet place and it doesn't cost outrageously.
