「Worst experience I’ve had to date. Housekeeping was a joke. The room wasn’t clean. Not enough towels for how many guests we had. The balcony was absolutely disgusting it was sticky, there were things melted on it and gum. The air conditioning felt cold and sticky in the room there was no way to adjust it. 「This is my go to hotel when visiting Virginia. The rooms are always super clean and the young lady at the front desk was so nice we talked for ten minutes and I felt right at home.Special thanks to the lady that prepares the morning breakfast she is so polite and thoughtful she is a nice smile to see early in the morning.」

「I stayed in the separate building right next door to the Purple Parrot, never again. The loud music could be heard in the room and it felt a little inconvenient to have to go to a separate building for breakfast, towels, etc. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay it was a great price for the location.」
