「This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.」

「Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full. 」

Aside from that, you’ll have to deal with several issues: * No towels provided * A clogged sink * Empty toiletry bottles * An old, unpleasant toilet seat The biggest problem, however, is parking. If you return after 7 PM, you’re unlikely to find a spot—even as a guest. When you ask the front office for help, they simply say that’s the only parking available and offer no assistance. 「The toilet had poop in it when we arrived and the bed sheets had stains on them. It looks like they were trying to renovate but never completed it so the hotel isn’t very well put together. The front desk receptionist was nice but wasn’t available to accommodate at all times.」
