「Needs new management」

「Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn」

「The hallway, was very humid and hot. There was huge spot on the wall near the bathroom that looked like a very bad patch job from a big hole in the wall. There was dark mold spots on the pipes above the door in the bathroom. It was just very unclean. Also there is barbed wire hung all around the pool. Just was not the best welcoming hotel I've been in.」

「Needs hair dryers and coffee makers in the rooms」

「I was not pleased with the room we had.Bed sheets were stained as well as our bath towels.We had to go get bug spray and Lysol because of the odor in our room and bugs flying around everywhere.One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time as far motels go」

「When I arrived and entered the empty Lobby; I said HELLO; and received no answer, so I rang the bell. And a young person (16??) came out and said, "what do you want." Very unprofessional. Room was ok, towels were ok, but stained. White socks turned black, from walking on floor in the room. Overall all 2 out of 5 is generous.」

「Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty.」

「Breakfast was decent, other than that outdated property and rooms. Location is close to restaurants. Gave 2 due to its 2 stars at best.. they didn't change bedsheets when I asked them stayed 3 nights for business trips with family.」

「Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator.」
