I watched my girl smile when she took a bite of her lobster dish and say it was the best she ever had And when I asked for help, and when I asked for a favor The staff was amazing We'll be back"

"The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts when you're speaking. The signage leading to rooms 210-220 are non-existent so we needed to ask a non-english speaking employee to take us to where the rooms were which was difficult because she only spoke spanish. I will never book this hotel again."
