「The breakfast and service is outstanding. I love the lobby and the outdoor area which has the fire pit and grill for family and friends. The indoor pool and efficiency rooms make it a great location for a family reunion. We also really appreciated the security feature attached to our room key that is required for elevator access. Manager Scott and the desk assistant on June 22 at 11:00 am were both attentive and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.」

「This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel when booking! It was super clean from walking the hotel entrance in to the room. Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. This hotel didn’t serve complimentary breakfast, however they had purchasable items. It didn’t have a pool but it didn’t need one! It had a basketball court, gated pet friendly play area with activities, 2 fire pits with lounging area and a whole...

「Great place to stay after a long day at Kings Dominion! Place was nice, clean, quiet! Front desk staff and housekeepers were all very nice and friendly! 「Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised to see that our room had been serviced while out for a day at the theme park. Since covid this is rare. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel.」

「Bathroom was nasty! The paper towel holder was broke from the wall, the vent in the ceiling was tore completely out! Their toilet felt like it was broke completely off the floor! There was a roach in the bathroom! All of that was in 153 I have pics! I rented three rooms and one had a dirty sock in it the other had a pair of men’s shoes left in it! I will never stay there again!」
