「My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!」

「Rooms were clean. Had to be moved due to noise from the boiler room. Other than that, excellent staff. Myra was awesome!」

「warm and friendly」

「The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me」

「Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.」
