「We had a two-night stay booked. When we walked through the front doors and saw no flooring, a black plastic sheet hanging and construction noise we were in disbelief that the hotel was being renovated. We had no advance warning. Our room was not ready but the front desk clerk finally found us a suite - she asked if we wanted a suite - we said yes we do - we had paid for it in advance.
