「The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

「I’m actually going to an attorney. This property manager violated all kind of laws. My main complaint was the elevator was broken for EIGHT days. When checked into hotel requires ALL persons show ID if staying. They made a COPY of my Drivers License and his DISABLE MILITARY VETERAN IDENTIFICATION. I can understand possibly two nights but 8 days unacceptable. Guest stayed in the room 3 DAYS because he could NOT WALK up/ down three floors EVERY TIME we leave the room. 「No shampoo conditioner or liquid soap. Dispensers there all 3 empty and 1 bar soap on sink was only item. No time to call front desk ask needed to catch flight.」

「Linden Row Inn is a fantastic 19th century building. The layout is unique for a hotel, and it has this fantastic courtyard. Parking is street parking but not that hard to find a spot. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it’s a charming place and an unexpected find. And a super cute hotel cat」
