「Comfortable bed and room.」

「We had a two-night stay booked. When we walked through the front doors and saw no flooring, a black plastic sheet hanging and construction noise we were in disbelief that the hotel was being renovated. We had no advance warning. 「This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.」

「It is not a place for those with disabilities. I use a walker. No one could help me with my luggage. I had to walk up a very long ramp to get into the building to check in. Then I couldn’t open the door to get into. I was instructed to park behind the building and I was given a room next to last from the entrance. I wasn’t told I could park in front and go in that door. Parking was 15 check-in only but for handicapped you could park there.」

「Hotel was very clean. A very nice location. I would stay there again.」
