「As far as Staff is wonderful, the room need!! I would say full renovation! It’s seams like staff cleaning the room, but all overused and looks 50 years old.」

「No one at desk for 15 minutes. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Toilet was really dirty. Handle was broken. Walls were dirty. Elevator was really slow. 」
