Stayed 4 days to spend family time in richmond. Worked out well with having a suite, and walk out patio! Room was modern and comfortable. Beds are good, a little softer would be good.

You can tell the staff genuinely cares about creating a great guest experience. The service was outstanding. My room was very comfortable, and I loved the glassed-in shower and thoughtful layout. The hotel is also in a great location, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The price was very reasonable for the quality. Our first night, we noticed the bedsheets had multiple stains. The water pressure from the shower was very low. However the staff were very polite and helpful. Another issue we had, was the confusion around the parking. When I first placed the booking over the phone, I was informed that parking was free, but when we got to the hotel they told us parking is $5 per night. There should be more clear information on the website as to whether parking is free or not.

Under remodeling. Bathroom fan very loud without cover and dropping lint. Sliding door not closing properly and charging me incidental fee of $20 to be investigated
