"The layout was nice but I usually don’t prefer an outside entry to any hotel room, it didn’t look to be an outside entry online. Check in was for 3pm my room was not ready upon my arrival at 5:30pm. "

"Having previously requested a courtyard room, upon arrival it became apparent that rooms seemed to have been assigned first come first served. We were offered a two story suite at a considerable increase in price which we declined as we were only there for 3 nights. The room we were eventually given on the second floor was very tired but clean. The shutter blinds overlooking the party street had broken and missing slats making sleeping and dressing challenging. The staff were friendly enough but not very interactive. "

"The TV didn't work, there were cockroaches in the room and other bugs in the bed that bit me so badly I could sleep and my back was bleeding the next morning from itching. The staff thought this was totally normal and didn't feel they should even refund me anything so if hotels.com does nothing, I'll be filing several public complaints "

"The only 2 complaints I have are the carpets are musty smelling and gross. Also, it would be nice to have breakfast included in price and not have to pay. Other than that it was a great stay and front desk was great!!"

"Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped down, cigarette butts on floor same spot for three days. I asked at the front desk if they vacuumed the floors as of me forth day leaving hall floor remained the same. We were moved to another room on Sunday due to leaking from the upstairs toilet that just so happen while being used and while dripping all over my husband's shirt Disgusting) Offered a comp breakfast, we are not European breakfast eaters and coffee was available. Apologies are Good, Yet AC Marriott will not be my choice again. Extremely disappointed with my Anniversary Weekend."

"This hotel is located in the best area…it’s walking distance to so much…the casino the aquarium the theater of course bourbon st and also it’s close to thw steamboat lunch or dinner cruise which is a must go if visiting New Orleans."

"Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. "
