「The room was okay. It could have been cleaner and some things did not work. The AC was also off and on.」

「My biggest issue with the hotel was at no fault of the staff. It is located in East New York Brooklyn, one of the top five crime areas of NYC. I had no issues, but made it a point to return to the room by sundown. It was very close to the subway, so that was very convenient and helped me feel a little safer. 「Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go. 」
