「Just back from four days at the San Francesco. It's a perfect base from which to explore Rome. We found that most of the big tourist 'must sees' were within about half an hour's walking time from the hotel, but there's also a tram stop and bus options if that's a little too far. The welcome we got was exceptional, warm, friendly and in perfect English and the staff very generously listened to our poor attempts at Italian without laughing. Room was very clean, nice windows, open wide, even in the bathroom. Shower with shower head from the ceiling or holding from the side option. Travelers from the US need to get special plugs for wall outlets that are not round shape ( we only had round shape ones and hotel did not provide) , if not...

「The hotel was super clean and modern. Staff was amazing and helped with every request I had including taxi service (as this hotel is about 15-20mins from the main city center). They helped organize tours and made sure our stay was welcoming. Pool area had lounge chairs and provided towels for guests. They offered food, drinks and gelato available for purchase. The spa was wonderful and had several packages for all types of budgets. My stay here was cozy and I would highly recommend.」
