Great location, staff were helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel shares 1 elevator with several other hotels, so there may be a line at arrival if you have several bags (unless you want to carry suitcases up 5 floors). Overall it was a very minor inconvenience though, and I would stay here again if in Rome.

The room was perfect, air conditioned, clean. The hotel gives us breakfast, they clean our room everyday. The staff was super nice, everything was in a walking distance, near to the Terminiti station, the colosseum, the main attractions were close we loved this hotel.

This is a small modest hotel only a five minute walk from the Termini Station. The rooms are fairly small but attractive in an old-fashioned way (flowery wallpaper and bedspreads). The breakfast is brought to your room every morning at an agreed-upon time. The staff couldn't be more nice and helpful. Unless you're looking for a multi-starred accommodation, this is a good choice. There's quite a nice restaurant directly across the street, by the way

The hotel is quite central of Rome to walk around for sight seeing the important landmarks of Rome. It's on the fifth floor of an urban downtown Rome building with an elevator that holds a limited number of people. The room is spacious for 4 people, but it feels like the rooms, bed and bedding could use more updates or be more comfortable, with pillows and blankets/comforters. Staff are very friendly. Considering the price, it's okay!

Short walk from Roma Termini to Hotel. Hotel is located on the 5th floor and accessed via small lift. Might take a couple of trips upstairs if you’ve got several pieces of luggage. Hotel staff (Irene) was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Light breakfast was provided to the room as there is no dining area. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. 20-30 minute walk to the Colosseum..
