I have stayed in many hotels and motels but this is my worse experience, the sink and bathtub were clogged, only i could shower and no body else we were 4 in the room my husband and kids, plus you could hear everything from next room where btw were really sexually loud, the hotel is really old and carpet looked really nasty, the tv was from 1900s we couldnt eve used it to give the couple next us some privacy lol Anyways bad experience even tho most of the stuff were really nice.

I recently went to another hotel casino and it was horrible and it made me realize how good this place is because the restaurant is always great, the hotel staff is always nice and the elevator works and the water doesnt scald, the opposite basically of the other hotel

The room was old but clean. It's not a bad place at all if price is your main concern. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. For an inexpensive option, it is a good choice. I felt comfortable there and would stay again.

Rooms don’t have enough outlets. Rooms are outdated but it is an older property. At check in front desk agent was extremely nice loved her energy. Wish I could say the same for my checkout experience.

The front desk staff named Maria was rude. Would not allow a 10-20 min early check in. She didn’t even check if the room was ready. Not considerate of the travel of the guests and needing to rest. The room smelled awful. And the bathroom smelled like sewer. We ended up checking out same day and getting a different hotel.

Rooms are horrible! Carpet in room is stained and dirty. Someone’s hair on the sheets of bedding. Stains on the bedding. Peel and stick laminate tiles in the bathroom had pieces missing. Gaps in tiles were filled with dirt and hair.

Very friendly staff. Evelyn at the front desk is awesome. Room was very clean. The welcome packet is a nice little gift. A very pleasant experience and a great value.

I have stayed here many times. The staff is excellent, especially Evelyn and the front desk team, the rooms are always clean and the restaurant has good meal deals. I have never on any stay had any issues. The best value in Vegas

I stayed for 9 nights and all the staff are friendly and they all made me feel like I was one of their happy family, especially the bar and restaurant staff, also the room was clean, it was great with the laundry and very handy for transport, will definitely come back

I liked that it was so close to restaurants. I also liked that it was close to Walmart. I didn’t like that the facility wasn’t more upgraded but overall it was a good experience.

Every one who works here is so nice and pleasant. The hotel itself could definitely use some paint and new carpet and the casino can be very very smokey . The restaurant is very good and the employees who work the host area are super nice. Also the front desk employees are great as are the housekeepers and engineers .
