「Wondeful quiet hotel. Totally a vintage boutique hotel. Pretty quiet street, at least for the two nights we stayed compared to the other Lisbon hotels. Front desk and other staff very helpful, speaking English. There is a small parkade under the hotel with an entrance around back. The parkade holds about 4 cars and you have to ring a bell for someone to open the garage door every time. There is a small parkade fee i think about 19€ per day. 「I arrived very early on a red eye and they were waiting for me,my room was ready including with a comp bottle of wine, and welcome cake! Clean clean clean. The room was bigger IRL than I expected! Not one but 2 mini AC units to make sure I stayed cool. The manager gave me his number so I could whatsapp for any request. I added a night, and i just had to send a whatsapp! Just the most adorable place. I would love to keep it a secret, but it's too great.」

「VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again.」

「There is a very narrow staircase to second floor that was hard to take baggage up. Constant noise from within apparently and outside, every time you open Faust a loud noise appears, bed. Wry uncomfortable and not enough space on the second floor to even stand, you need to crawl to the bed extremely hot and when leave window open mosquitoes had party on my body. Both nights I did not sleep at all. One good thing was Santos station was walking distance to take to beaches. Oh another thing...

「Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

「Property is okay but not worth the price. When we arrived, it was pretty obvious the property hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were crumbs in the kitchen and the bedside tables where full or hair and dust. Everything was pretty run down, not like the photos. In the double bedroom, the blind was completely broken which meant that the sun filled the room at 5am and we couldn’t sleep at all. We messaged the host about these issues and received no response! Save your money and book elsewhere.」
