Great place to stay. Easy to walk to restaurants and nightlife but just far enough away that it is quiet. Beautiful well run hotel. Nice size rooms. Large bathrooms with amazing water, pressure and lots of hot water. Nice outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful weather and the view. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Lovely historic hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was fresh, well prepared and offered dishes beyond a typical continental breakfast. Library is comfortable with expansive river views. We have stayed here several times over the years and they always exceed our expectations. We cannot wait to return!

Stayed one night at As Janelas Verdes Inn to take in Lisbon. This is a lovely boutique hotel in the city walking distance to most major attractions in the old town. They offered parking at a reasonable cost so our car was secure and on-site (must book in advance). They have free tea, coffee, pastries, etc. and leave a decanter of port in the room. Large comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, nice products and great service all around. Definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay!
