NO AIR CONDITIONER!! Only hotel system and was very hot. Hotel is beautiful, but we didn’t slept at all, no choice for another room to open window with no noise. Horrible night!

We stayed at Ferraria XVI FLH Hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived and greeted, we felt right at home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and was able to use the changing rooms to change and leave our luggage in storage until check-in. The room was equipped when the basic necessities. We were gifted chocolate and a nice hand written note. Hotel includes breakfast and afternoon tea. It is centrally located where you could walk to a lot of attractions or take the nearest public transportation like the subway from the Baixa-Chiado subway station (less then 2 min walk) or bus/tram at Commercio area (less than 5 min walk).

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance to a lot of sightseeing. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, great amenities. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We’re certainly going back to Lisbon and the Ferraria is our place to stay.

Wir waren eine Woche in Lissabon und wollten daher ein zentrales Hotel. Das Ferraria XVI FLH liegt super zentral und die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und vielfältige Restaurants. Durch die Nähe zur Metro- und Straßenbahnstation ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider war das Frühstück nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeden Tag die gleichen 2 Sorten Wurst und Käse. Auch an Müsli oder Joghurt war es immer die gleichen Sorten. Da hätten wir uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Zum Personal kann ich nur eins sagen, die sind top gewesen. Immer nett, freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Das empfohlene Restaurant von gegenüber haben wir ausprobiert und es hat sich gelohnt Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

We stayed for my wife’s 50th birthday and the hotel left a chilled bottle of wine in our room one evening. The hotel room was nice and quiet.The staff were friendly and the location is busy but convenient. The only complaint is that the cleaning staff remove towels and slippers even when placed in area with intention to reuse. Overall a great stay and highly recommended hotel.
