「The elevator was broken all week. I had to climb flights of stairs constantly to get to my room and back. I was staying for over a week and they told me I get two bottles of water for the whole stay. Any other bottle of water was a charge. The wifi was so bad that if I wanted to do a meeting online I had to go to the lobby. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes).
