「The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a major shopping and dining hub within 6 miles with plenty of options for food and shopping. The gym was also better than expected with multiple cardio machines, and a full set of dumbbells. My only complaint is that the restaurant and bar is not open when the hotel is not a capacity, 」

「Room was very clean and comfortable, and I had no trouble finding places to plug in my chargers. Wi-Fi was strong and worked well - I streamed a movie on my iPad via AppleTV and there were no issues with my internet connection at all. My stay in Kansas City had to be extended so I made a second reservation with this same property. Breakfast was well laid out. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to return to this area.」

「The staff here is fantastic- from front desk to maintenance. There were some very difficult guests during our stay and the hotel handled their many demands and rudeness extremely well. Because many people were there for the same event there was an for each morning when breakfast was overcrowded and ran out of eggs, coffee, and water. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and has a great view of the city. There area is safe and very close to the city’s free streetcar which we rode to every stop...
