"The housing keeping staff are warm. However, the staff at the reception counter and the bell boys during check-in and during our stay were not warm and not friendly, not feeling a sense of guests. Same comment on the female staff of the Early Edition Espresso Bar (Men staff are warm). Besides, my daughter needs to use crutches to walk but no staff helped open the heavy entrance glass door for her when she entered and left the hotel during our 7-day stay. Unlike our stay in other countries, there are no free late check-out. Every hour of late check out incurs extra charge."

"Location is prefect and staff are helpful and polite. Overall price are good also compared to other hotels nearby. I know some people said this hotel needed renovation but if it does, price will never be the same and it will lose its competitiveness of being an building with a taste of history. "
