We were finally able to check in at 8:00 PM, which is four hours past the regular check‑in time. The complete lack of communication, transparency, and basic customer service caused significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on the hotel’s operational standards. The only positive aspect of this experience was Alex, who was the only staff member who provided genuine assistance and helped resolve the situation after hours of unnecessary delays. "

"We had a lovely stay at Arlo Midtown, very close to Times Square and subway near port terminal and the hotel staff are lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. We will definitely go back! They even gave my daughter some macarroons as it was her 18th birthday when we stayed last week."

Main and Bathroom Doors were hard to close and needed maintenance, making loud noises when trying to force them to close. No parking available through the hotel. "
